I had a slight problem with the pipette, which took out only small drops and did not suck up much serum, thanks to customer support, Ksisters sent me a video on how to fix it, which initially worked, but unfortunately the problem returns, so I give it 4/5. Sometimes the serum can be extracted by removing the pipette and shaking the bottle. I think I would recommend it for all skin types. It's nice to have soothing hydration, now in autumn, and without a greasy consistency. She then gives me more intense hydration with sunscreen, and the results are great. The packaging is great, it's darker, so it protects the product from degeneration, but it's still a very nice blue color, and the bottle has a great shape, because it's a little taller, it stands out from the shelf perfectly.
